Cancellation/return/exchange

Cancellation of your order

Cancellation is possible only within 60 minutes of placing an order and if the status is "New Order". The procedure for canceling an order is as follows.

1. Log in.
2. Open your My Page and click "Order History/Shipping Status" from the list.
3. Click the "Confirm/Modify/Cancel Order" button for the order you wish to cancel from the "Pre-Shipping" tab. *If cancellation is not possible, the "Cancel" button will not be displayed.
4. Your order details will be displayed. Check the items you wish to cancel and enter the quantity you wish to cancel.
5. Click the "Confirm" button that appears under your order details.
6. The cancellation details will be displayed. Check that there are no errors and then click the "Complete" button.
7. Your order cancellation procedure is complete.

Notes on cancelling your order

*Please note that once your order has been cancelled, it cannot be changed.
*You cannot change the color, size, or product after placing your order. If you wish to change the color, size, or product, please cancel your order and purchase the desired product again from the online store.

Returns and exchanges

Exchanges, cancellations, and returns after ordering can only be made by registered members, provided the following <Return Conditions> are met.

Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive your order after the ordered items have been confirmed and shipped, we may refuse to accept your order again or to ship it again.

We will accept returns and exchanges if the item meets our "return conditions".
In this case, please note that all shipping and handling fees for return shipping will be borne by the customer. When the product arrives, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that there are no errors in the order. If you wish to return the product, please contact us by phone or directly at order@infinitycorp.jp and carry out the procedure. However, please note that we cannot respond to any requests after the specified time has passed.

<Return conditions> All of the following must apply.
* Products that have been returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the product
* Products that can be judged as "unused" according to our store standards
* If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered

・We cannot accept returns if the following conditions apply:
* If the specified time has passed
* If you return the product without contacting us in advance
* If the item has been cleaned, altered, washed, has an odor, is dirty, has scratches, or shows signs of use
* Products with damaged, defaced or lost "delivery notes, product tags, labels"
* Products that have become smelly, dirty, or scratched while in the customer's possession
* Products that are returned to us in a condition that is significantly different from when they were delivered (including the box and accessories).
* Products with opened packaging (such as CDs where the packaging is part of the product)
* Products ordered using the gift wrapping service
* Hygiene products such as underwear, socks, earrings, perfume, insoles, care products, and products with opened packaging
* Items on hold, sale/outlet items, back-ordered items, pre-order items, lucky bags/lucky boxes, and items that have been exchanged for a different size
* Valuable items such as accessories/jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, wallets, sunglasses, etc.) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
* Tank tops, T-shirts, etc. that cannot be tried on.

Regarding damage or scratches on accessories

Generally, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to damage to the product box or other packaging, as damage may be found to the packaging from the time of delivery.

Notes regarding refunds

*If you have ordered with a credit card payment and the payment can be cancelled, we will cancel the payment. If the payment cannot be cancelled, we will transfer the payment to your bank account. Please note that if you pay with a credit card, the installment fee will not be refunded.
*All information sent by customers is encrypted using "SSL/TLS" and managed securely.
*If you return only part of your order, shipping charges and fees incurred during payment will not be refunded.

Return costs

The shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product is delivered. Refunds will be made by bank transfer minus bank transfer fees, unless the product is defective or the wrong product is delivered.

* Please note that for returns of overseas shipments only, all shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer under any circumstances. 

Other points to note regarding returns

* Please note that we cannot accept returns of products without prior notice.
* As the shoe box is also part of the product, we will not be able to accept returns if you return the item with the shipping label attached directly to the shoe box.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the delivered product is defective or the product they received is different from what they ordered.
* If an item is returned, any points awarded for the purchase of the returned item will be cancelled.
* If you do not have the required number of points at the time of return, we will refund the product price minus the amount of points that you are short of.

If the product you ordered is damaged or defective, or if you received a product different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange the product for the same product or accept a return.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us directly at order@infinitycorp.jp and complete the procedure. We will cover the cost of returning the product. Please send it by cash on delivery. Please note that we will check the product upon arrival and will not accept it if it meets the following criteria.
* Products that have been delivered more than 48 hours ago
* Used or washed products
* Items with lost invoice or tag
* Products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession
* If the condition of the product when it is returned is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the box and accessories)

About size exchange

If the size of the product you purchased does not fit, we will accept size exchanges where possible. Please note that all shipping and handling fees for size exchanges will be borne by the customer. If the size you want is out of stock, you can exchange the purchased product for a different color. If you would like to exchange the size of the product, please contact us directly at order@infinitycorp.jp and complete the procedure.
